Objective: To create an exclusive platform within the U.B.A.P.R. – United Baseball Academies of Puerto Rico league that provides elite players from each academy the opportunity to train, compete, and gain exposure in the United States, while continuing their studies through virtual academic programs offered by their academies of origin.
The U.B.A.P.R. Elite Program will annually select the most outstanding players (based on performance, attitude, and projection) from each affiliated academy.
Advanced training in high-level facilities in the United States.
Participation in national tournaments/showcases with high traffic of scouts and college coaches.
Remote academic monitoring and mentoring by their original academy.
Temporary accommodation, meals, transportation, and medical insurance managed by U.B.A.P.R. and allied sponsors.

Each player will maintain their academic progress through the use of official virtual platforms from their academy, which will include:
This hybrid approach ensures that the student-athlete never neglects their educational development while maximizing their athletic development.
Annual program of 3 months (August to October, in parallel with the regular school year)
Florida, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Missouri among other states
All those who qualify as a elite prospect per academy, each season
Directed by U.B.A.P.R. along with designated coaches, remote academic staff and local facilitators
Direct contact with university programs and professional organizations
Specialized training in strength, performance, nutrition, and mental health
Certificate of participation as part of their recruitment portfolio
